$250,000 Construction Loan Increase for a project previously approved for the development of 12 units of mixed income ownership condominium housing.

$300,000 Acquisition Loan Increase for a project previously approved for the development of 66 units of affordable rental housing.

$500,000 Renewal of predevelopment line of credit to support the development of 40 units of affordable rental housing in a High Opportunity Area.

$300,000 Predevelopment loan to support the creation of a 15-bedroom, critically needed, family, emergency homeless shelter.

$3,500,000 Capital Campaign Bridge Loan as part of a New Markets Tax Credit Transaction for the construction of a new 33,246 sf school to create the permanent home for the tuition-free, all-girls, K-8 school with an increased capacity to serve 162 students.

$2,385,000 Acquisition financing (in participation with CEDAC for a total loan of $2,650,000) for the development of approximately 52 units of affordable rental housing and one commercial space, which will include parking and community gardens.

$750,000 Renewal of predevelopment working capital line to fund the predevelopment expenses of new construction projects.

$2,771,496 Construction Loan (in participation with PCI for a total loan of $5,542,992) for the development of 18 units of affordable homeownership housing currently owned by the City of Boston.
