$2,800,000 Mini-perm loan for the refinancing of Walkover Commons, an 80-unit mixed-income, multi-family apartment property to refinance the existing first mortgage and bridge to a future LIHTC bond.

Caleb Foundation, Gloucester

$3,000,000 Mini-Perm Loan to the Caleb Foundation for Pond View Apartments, a 43-unit affordable multifamily property to refinance existing MHP first and second mortgage debt, fund HVAC capital improvements, replenish operational reserves, and bridge the project to a future Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) recapitalization or conventional permanent financing.

New Vision Enterprise, LLC, Brockton

$677,250 Acquisition Loan for the redevelopment of a historic 4-story commercial building called Edison on Main combined with an adjacent parcel to support the development of 40 units of mixed-income rental housing with 3,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space.
