Acquisition Loan – $688,750
Provide an acquisition loan for a 44,014 square foot site to create 27 units of supportive housing for homeless women victims of domestic abuse. The facility will also include 12,000 square feet of program space.

Construction Loan – $2,875,000
Construct 24 units targeted to low income veterans seeking permanent housing and 1,000 square feet of office space for the South Boston NDC.
Construction Loan – $6,300,000
Provide construction financing for 42 new units of family rental housing.

Acquisition Loan – $925,000
Provide an acquisition loan to enable the borrower to purchase two buildings at 189-201 Middlesex Street in Lowell, MA. This loan supports the rehabilitation of 50 SRO for formerly homeless individuals.

Acquisition Term Loan – $2,120,000
Provide term loan for the acquisition of a manufactured housing community by its residents, more than 75% of whom are low-moderate income. The acquisition will preserve 188 units of affordable housing.
Junction Shops Mill, LLC
Construction Loan – $2,750,000
Provide a construction loan to bridge the receipt of equity from an investor in federal and state historic tax credits for the gut renovation of a historic mill complex into 172 units of rental housing in the Beacon/Federal neighborhood of Worcester.
Village Green Apartments
Acquisition Loan – $1,070,000
Acquisition loan to acquire a 3.72 acre site for the development of 60 units of affordable rental apartment units in Barnstable.
Fall River, MA
Construction Bridge Loan – $4,440,000
Bridge loan for the renovation of the historic YMCA building, and to add facilities for educational after school programming.
